CrossFit Unparalleled can help you meet your fitness goals.  If you are new to CrossFit, we welcome you to come try our training during a Saturday Class at 9:00a, and ask that you contact us first to let us know you are coming. There is no obligation to try this class. Our coaches, training, and Crossfit Unparalleled community will keep you coming back!  Start moving in the right direction and come visit us today! Here from out of town? We are home of the $5* Drop-in! *Locals may drop-in at this rate a max of two times. 

Classes:  All classes are approximately one hour in length unless indicated otherwise.

FRIDAY:            6:00a, 9:00a,  3:00p – 6:00p OPEN GYM 

SATURDAY:      9:00a  

SUNDAY:      closed

**OPEN GYM is a time to come work on skills, do the WOD or work on strength if you are proficient in the movements. This is not a coach-led class, and more often than not the coaches are using this time to workout as well.

Getting Started…

*FOUNDATIONS: These classes are specifically programmed for someone new to CrossFit or with very little experience in CrossFit. We require that you start here. Exceptions are on an individual basis. You may test out with one of our Coaches, and need to make an appointment to do so.

*The Foundations Sessions must be pre-paid in order to reserve your spot in the classes. These sessions are scheduled based on the athletes’ schedule as well as the assigned coach’s schedule for the week. Email Coach Dawn to inquire and/or get your sessions assigned/reserved. dawn@crossfitunparalleled.com
