Classes:  All classes are approximately one hour in length unless indicated otherwise.

Class times in black text color are CrossFit classes. All of classes that have a colored text other than black are specialty classes, but are included in your unlimited memberships to participate in.

SATURDAY:     9:00a  CrossFit/WOD

SUNDAY:      summer schedule as of 5/1 *We are closed on Sundays for the summer schedule.

**OPEN GYM is a time to come and work on skills, do the WOD or work on strength if you are proficient in the movements. This is not a coach-led class, and more often than not the coaches are using this time to workout as well.

Getting Started…

*FOUNDATIONS: These classes are specifically programmed for someone new to CrossFit or with very little experience in CrossFit. We require that you start here. Exceptions are on an individual basis. You may test out with one of our Coaches, and need to make an appointment to do so.

*The Foundations Sessions must be pre-paid in order to reserve your spot in the classes. These sessions are scheduled based on the athletes’ schedule as well as the assigned coach’s schedule for the week. Email Coach Dawn to inquire and/or get your sessions assigned/reserved.
