 CrossFit Schedule:

MONDAY: 6:00a, 9:00a, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p

TUESDAY: 6:00a, 9:00a, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p

WEDNESDAY:  6:00a, 9:00a, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p

THURSDAY:  6:00a, 9:00a, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p

FRIDAY: 6:00a, 9:00a, 3:30p, 4:30p, 5:30p 

SATURDAY: 9:00a  

SUNDAY:  OPEN GYM 9:30a - 11:30a  ** This is self-directed time for athletes to work on lifts, skills or to make up a Daily WOD from earlier in the week etc. It is also a good day to come in a test a 1rm Max on a lift you may need to get caught up on if you are rested and missed it earlier in the week or last few weeks. A coach is on-hand to help with advice but will not be coaching with eyes on you constantly like in a class structure. If you are new to CrossFit we strongly recommend attending the Daily WOD classes whenever possible.
